My Pampered Pets, aims to provide you with quality products at reasonable prices. All our products are brand new and quality controlled before appearing on the website.

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Credit card payments
All credit card payments are transacted securely through Paypal in New Zealand dollars. No credit card details are stored by this website.
Your credit card statement will show a purchase in the name of My Pampered Pets .
All refunds are refunded to the purchasing credit card only, no exceptions. No cash refunds or wire transfers will be ever be made for a credit card purchase.
Delivery times
Products will be despatched within two working days of order, unless a product is out of stock. In this case you will be notified of the delay and given the option of another product, refund, or another delivery date when the item is back in stock.
We will notify the buyer once the product has been despatched. Once the product has left our premises, My Pampered Pets cannot be held resposible for the actual delivery date by the freight company.
Returns & refunds
My Pampered Pets always guarantee your satisfaction and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your ppurchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days and we will exchange, credit or refund your purchase
Freight charges are not refundable and return freight is the resposibility of the customer. Exceptions will be made in the case od a defective product or wrong item, and then refund for freight and purchase will be given.
